Not all orders are able to be perfect by all parties. I insure your order, so please contact me if you receive an item that is damaged.
All prints sold on JoshChurba.com are final sale items and are made to order. No refunds on orders will be processed. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me and I will attempt to solve your concern.
In an event a refund credit is issued for a damaged product, my team will be sure to issue the credit as soon as possible, given the damaged product is confirmed.
If you are unhappy with the print you ordered, exchanges may be possible in certain cases. I want to ensure all of my customers are happy and maintain a positive perspective of my artwork.
